The overall experience was amazing we stayed there for 3 nites, and it was a total Bliss. Beginning from welcome, from Deepak and other front office lady, apologies i cant recall her name. The rooms were absolutely clean with no sign of dust or any other sort of odour. Very well maintained property especially when it comes to amenities. Speaking about room service Mr. Chhindu Kapoor was a very kind gentleman patient with our requirements :-). Thank you to the restaurant team as well becoz i hv eaten one of the finest tasting food at this place. Hope to see you next winter again.

I would rate the property as a 4star property in terms of facilities but the due to helpful & smiling staff it’s a 5 star property for us. special mentions: Karan, Ravi, Aum, Ram, restaurant team & chef, miss Anjali & her team. All of them made our stay memorable. secret: ask for fresh pan cakes while having breakfast. Don’t miss: wood fire place experience in mountain view suits.
